 These are a few things we hear from our clients, time and time again.  And not just from our new clients, but from those who continue to see us throughout different stages of their lives.

Because at The Pilates Connection Wellness Center we do not believe in the “one size fits all” approach, we are here to help you achieve your goals from general health and fitness to rehabilitation. Our teachers are knowledgeable in anatomy, physiology, functional movement and assessment. Our studio is fully equipped with chairs, barrels, balls, reformers with towers, and many assistive devices. We work with a wide variety of clients from marathon runners, to those with osteoporosis, hip and knee replacements, senior citizens, Parkinson’s clients, Pre and Post Natal women, and clients in cancer treatment.

The Pilates Connection Wellness Center offers private and semi-private sessions.  All our classes cater to small groups to allow for personalized attention. Check out our class schedules. Stop by or call us today and schedule your introductory session. Your first Mat class is free!
