At The Pilates Connection, we are here to help you achieve your goals, from general health and fitness to rehabilitation and competitive fitness objectives.

Our team of instructors are knowledgeable in anatomy, physiology and functional movement. We believe strongly in staying current and up to date with new findings in the movement world. All of our Pilates instructors are certified by the Pilates Method Alliance and are also certified with Functional Movement Systems.

Our Pilates Studio is fully equipped with reformers, trapeze tables, chairs, and small props. We offer private and semi-private sessions.  Classes  cater to small groups.  include matwork, kettlebells and functional movement. We are located on the Northeast Corner of Broadway and Camino Seco in Tucson,AZ.
